This place is filthy and the staff are incompetent. I cannot believe that anyone would leave a 5 star review. Our stay was during an ice storm while we had no power in our home and trees were falling through our roof. We asked for two nights and were told that we had been registered for two nights. While away from the room the following day we got a call asking where we were and why we had not checked out. When I explained that we were booked for two nights, I was told that was not true and that housekeeping was packing our stuff that we could retrieve upon our arrival. Don't stay here. Even out of desperation. Just go elsewhere.

My only complaint was my room was a wee bit dirty when we got in, which made me feel like I was in a used unserviced room. It had old used cups, the sheets had orange stains, and there were goldfish on the floor around the bed. Other than that the breakfast was yummy, your typical continental. All of the front desk was very friendly and helpful. There's a 24/hr indoor pool & hot tub. I needed late check out and it wasn't at all an issue. I'd stay again I'd just probably ask to check my room first next time lol

Comfy beds. Nice pool and hot tub. Basic breakfast and cute duck pond across way... the sidewalks need some cleanup for sure! And the people living on the corner should be moved...or learn how to clean up after themselves

This was a great place to stay! The beds were comfy as far as hotel beds go, they had a really good breakfast as well. It was the lowest price around and well worth it.

We've been staying here regularly for 20 years. Location close to park and trails great. But nothing seems to have been upgraded in twenty years. The furnishings, fixtures, carpets, paint etc are getting old and dingy. And the breakfast is mediocre. Going to start staying somewhere newer and nicer.

Great hotel for traveling with dogs. No extra fees or weight restrictions. Clean, quiet and perfect location for what we needed. Amiel was awesome! Helped us register for the rewards program and accommodated our needs for dogs!
